My initial, terrible, experience was redeemed by a secondary call by another lawyer, Iman, who was patient, considerate, and helpful with my inquiry. Second chances are worth it when they turn out to be a positive. Thank you.
Horrible experience from the get-go. Whichever untrained, arrogant, woke up on the wrong side of the bed lawyer they assigned for my inquiry was unnecessarily rude and an embarrassment to the profession 'defending' human rights cases.
Poor communication. I had emailed them twice to inquire about their services and fees. Zero response. Edit - I just read other users' reviews and one reviewer in particular detailed her bad experience. Maybe I should count myself lucky they never returned my emails!
