This is the 2nd time we've used Steve to look at re-mortgage deals for us as we received great service as we did the first time round. Even though a rate was agreed with our new mortgage provider, Steve still managed to negotiate a lower rate after there was news about rates being slightly reduced. They were extremely unhelpful when I called them over the phone to enquire about something. They purposefully misunderstood my questions, called me a discriminatory slur, and then refused to ever take my calls again. This company is disgusting, unhelpful, and quite frankly, not worth your time. I have no idea why people are posting such high reviews; I think they’re probably fake. This is the fourth incident with this company that I have endured, and now I have to leave this review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! *response to owner ... read more
