I just became eligible to go to the center. The food was good and the people are very nice. Looking forward to many more days there and making friends.
It’s in a new location now, in the kitchen area of Comer Memorial United Methodist Church. It is senior friendly for parking and entrance. As for the food, they need to go with another vendor and when they truly change vendors, it may improve. The only change that happened was changing the name of the vendor, lol How sad
I started going here 3 yrs ago. It was decent then. The location at Court Square was Senior friendly and handicap accessible to all, unlike now at Central Alabama Community Collage. The only thing handicap friendly at it's present location are the restrooms. The food was fair to poor quality at best and it was said the provider bringing it was losing the contract and a new one would start June or July 1st 2023.
