They do the job but the service is sub par. After a few years of taxes, I felt I had to reach out to them to ask questions and felt like they were rushing through guiding me. Lost my trust as a local customer. Reached out to Tom Alvarez to give feedback and he did not apologize for my experience, just wished me best of luck moving forward.
