Scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. Scheduling an appointment required pre payment- I have yet to get refunded for my services I never received and no response from anyone.
To all customers of Alexa: She the owner, closed and sold her business without advising anyone of her customers about her intentions. I was in the middle of a treatment and had to go back, when I realized the office was closed and gone. This is unacceptable! Especially when I was there a day or so before she closed! Never go to this woman again! Have no words to describe her unprofessional and abusive behavior!
I've done my under-eye filler and Botox with the Physician at Alexa Med Spa and I will never go to anyone else but her! I am highly satisfied with my results and will recommend this med spa to all of my family and friends. :) Also, I've done a deep cleansing facial with Keyla who's done an incredible, relaxing, and a true deep cleansing facial which left my skin in an ideal condition. Thank you all, I will be back!
Alexa Med Spa was a wonderful experience!! Elena was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every treatment and also with relaxing the nerves!! Highly recommended for all services especially lip filler
