Alex is simply wonderful. Her presence, knowledge and caring touch always hit the spot and are truly southing to my nervous system. I never fail to come out of my sessions feeling relaxed, recharged and realigned. Also, her office is just beautiful and welcoming which I find a real plus.

This was my first time experiencing Craniosacral therapy and I absolutely loved it. Alex Mart is doing amazing work as a health practitioner and a facilitator of healing.
