Extremely rude owner
Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had hiring a photographer. We booked Alex months in advance for a small family event. At first, communication was decent — quick replies, seemed professional, and reassured us everything was confirmed. A week before the event, I even reached out again just to double-check timing and details, and he said everything was good to go. Day of the event… nothing. No message. No call. No heads up.
