Alex is an absolute treasure! After working with him to purchase my first home, I can totally understand why he has a key to the city. He's insanely good at what he does, genuinely cares about his clients and has the experience to know exactly what he's talking about. At this point, I trust him so much I might even go to him for medical advice (kidding!)

Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, great communication, and knowledge of how things work from Alex and his team. From the beginning of the process to the end Alex made everything easy and walked us through everything. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if they are utilizing HPAP/EAHP
Alex Jaffe and his team are phenomenal. As a first-time homebuyer in DC, I was looking for a lender who truly understood the complexities of HPAP. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable about DC first-time homebuyer programs, and his expertise made all the difference at my closing. He and his team went the extra mile to keep me informed and help me meet all milestones on time. They are responsive, professional, and truly dedicated to helping clients find their new homes. Whether you're a first-time, second-time, or third-time home... read more
