To start, the day of our wedding they were 1 hour late to my house because they supposedly went to the wrong house even though I provided them with the full and proper address (they were also late to the grooms house by 45 minutes). I had to call Alex to ask what was happening since no one contacted me to let me know which was very unprofessional.
