Alex takes a great level of care to communicate with me and make sure my business is always kept up to date. I called Alex for help with tax related questions on behalf of our Non-profit organization. He was rude from the moment he got on the phone, unwilling to help, and when asked a question an actual response we got was, “I’m not going to bother looking that up for you.” He clearly doesn’t value new clients or how he presents his business.
