I called to inquire about a tax question and Alex was extremely belitting and rude and acted as if my innocent phone call was an affront because it's close to 4/15. There is a kind and respectful way to say I unfortunately do not have any availability, not "I can't believe you are calling this close how dare you". I was pleasant and not presumptuous but could not believe how rude he was, just don't answer the phone if you're going to act that way!!
