After only 2 uses my Pulcina espresso coffee maker oxidized on the interior. Alessi blamed me for leaving water in the pot, putting it in the dishwasher or using abrasives to clean it. I did none of that. I was offered 50% off on a new Pulcina rather than a replacement. What is wrong with this picture?
Horrific customer service. Ordered a product online and it was damaged in shipment. I have been inquiring about return/refund with customer support via email and this phone number. No response. No resolution. Steer clear.

Terrible customer service!!!! Nobody answers the phone! I’m in NYC and trying to buy Alessi ceramics plates. None of the retailers that are listed on the Alessi Us website have products available! Alessi should disclose that they basically sales online only!!!
