The new location is not convenient for us. One lane for the drive through that shares tellers with the walk up makes for a slow transaction process. I have also struggled with some tellers who tell me a signature is required on checks for deposit, rather than endorsing "for deposit" which has caused some problems since the signer lives out of state most of the year. Would switch banks if I could.

Whhhhyyyy is Alerus Financial sooooo slow???? If you close all your south Fargo locations and combine to just one (south) I should NEVER have to wait in your drive up.... on a Saturday when the lobby is closed.... over 15 minutes!!!! Honestly.... it's horrible even during the week. This is enough to make me want to switch... and there are PLENTY of options. Please do better Alerus, I've been with you over 20 years!!!!
Their drive up customer service has become atrocious since moving to their new location. Excessively slow and rude.
Staff are friendly. However, I used to be able to do a bank errand and still be to work on time. Very inconvenient that it's now not open UNTIL 8
