They were quickly with the installation of our alarm system.
Our business has had Alert Alarms for nearly 2 decades. When we called them to quote a surveillance system they set up a time to come out that Tuesday. There was a family emergency for the technician so he didn't show up, which is fine, we rescheduled. When he came out, on a Friday, he said he would have us a quote for only 2 cameras, by the following Monday or Tuesday...we haven't heard from them since and it's been over 3 weeks.
