Do not -- if you can at all avoid it--- get infused at Alera Care. Nothing wrong with the nurse who does the infusions - like most nurses, mine who does the infusion is caring and conscientious. However, their central Customer Service & overall timeliness of turning around Prior Auth' is slow. They are downright rude and unhelpful, to people like me who are actually chronically sick and need the infusions to feel better. I absolutely hate working with them.
