After the firm received my 5k retainer my calls and emails went unanswered. When I contacted the firm they informed me that the lawyer in charge of my case was no longer with the firm for reasons they did not want to disclose. After apologizing and transfering me to another council to my suprise and to my expense they were informed that there was a conflict of interest in which they were 100% responsable. They informed me that they could no longer represent me.

Nous avons été déçus par le service reçu. Il est difficile de justifier des frais d’honoraires complets pour une rencontre de 15 minutes sur une période prévue de 45 minutes, surtout lorsque les conseils donnés n’apportaient rien de plus que ce qu’un avocat gratuit ou même un outil comme ChatGPT qui nous avait déjà indiqué les demarches que l’avocat nous a proposer et plus tard, le juge nous a mentionné qu’on aurait du faire une autre demarche plus rapide et plus efficace et qu’un avocat aurait pu nous en aviser mais bon, le... read more

BEWARE!!!! Absolutely unacceptable experience – do not trust this company with your time or money. After they eagerly sent the payment link, communication completely stopped. It’s been over two weeks with zero follow-up.
