Don't buy plygem windows. I have had my windows for 3 years, replaced 3 due to seal failures, and one just cracked from top to bottom. Warrantee doesn't cover stress cracks after 1 year. Seal failures are covered for 10 years, but installation is not. So, for upper sash seal failures, you're SOL. Terrible quality with no care about customer satisfaction.
I really love my newly remodeled bathroom with the shower room done by Alenco . I am very satisfied with every one , from the guy who gave the quote , people who did the install and follow up calls to make sure I was happy with the service ! I can’t ask for a better company to have done my bathroom remodeling .
