I called today to the office. The receptionist was extremely rude, refused togive me her name even after I stated I was a customer. She hung up on me several times in a passive aggressive manner. I advised her I was a customer and I needed her name to explain this to management, she refused to provide that information and proceeded to hang up on me again.
