Giving 1 star because it won’t let me give zero. My funds have been misplaced for over a month. I have called 16 times. I have a ticket number and supposedly have reached “the highest level of escalation.” But still no update, no transparency. The customer service have been friendly enough but they are not empowered to investigate or resolve the issue. We have been waiting on the same “backend team” for an update for weeks and of course no way to speak to that team directly.

They do everything to have you money and keep charging fees month by month without any reason. They wasting a time during closing account

Hmmm. I notice that the 5-star reviews say nothing about why they're giving glowing reviews. Personally, I'm having considerable difficulty reaching customer service for help with a password reset. The only reason that I'm not giving them a worse rating is that I've only tried to reach them on the weekend so far.
