From the minute we walked in we were made welcome. Never rushed us even offered a cup of tea . Gave good advice on comfort etc of all suites . We were left unable to chose between two suites so Alec offered to bring two for os to see which was better . Got chairs down from shelves so we could sit in them . Never felt pressured into buying . Great people to do business with
Debbie was so helpful and patient with us. We required two seater sofa and two chairs one needed to be a recliner. She show us one we liked but the sofa was too large she phoned and got us a smaller one all power recliners for a great price. They have also arranged disposal of out old one. This is the second time of buying from Alec's and highly recommend. Looking forward to our delivery on Monday
