Used Alec’s twice now in the last few years and would not hesitate to come here whenever I need another new sofa or if someone I know needs one. I got my massive corner sofa in 2021 and it’s still in pretty much perfect condition - I get so many compliments off everyone when they come round and they are always so surprised at the price I paid for it! My new sofa and rocker chair recliner have just arrived from alec's. Less than 24 hours after picking it yesterday. This is my 3rd purchase from Alec. My last one (leather) lasted 13 years! I also Bought my son one 6 years ago. Spent a while choosing my new one but left in peace to try every one in the shop! Help at hand when needed. The quality of leather is amazing and I am delighted. Second time customer, agreed 1700 for a three and one, went to pay some money before delivery, noticed it was damaged, didn’t want it but everything else was also damaged, I didn’t agree to buy damaged furniture for 1700, was made to feel like a problem, went to furniture village and just bought a power recliner with power head rests 2195 cash no problem, EVERYONE CHECK EVERY ANGLE OF YOU ITEMS YOUR BUYING.also tried to refund less than what I paid.
Went there yesterday the sales lady deb was fantastic and service was 2nd to none
