I bought a sofa from Alec's and wanted to wait a while to write a review. The delivery was prompt and communication was outstanding throughout. We had a slight issue with one of the feet, and Alec sent his guys round to sort it as soon as he could. The sofa has been sat in the house now for 4 months and we love it. I would not hesitate to recommend Alec's. I hope this place is still open when I eventually need a new suite again. A very happy customer, thank you.

Absolutely recommend we went in to look at a sofa , no pushy sales techniques left us to it and helped when asked, customer service was brilliant the lads delivered to us couldn’t have been more helpful, very polite and professional, but the icing on the cake is we have had the sofa for a week and just had a call to see if everything ok and we are happy with our purchase amazing customer service from all
Great value for money and good choice. Friendly no pressure sales and found the perfect sofa which was delivered and installed in my living room on the day requested. Such an easy transaction and I will definitely use these again. Big thanks to everyone from sales to the delivery guys and also after sales who called later in the week to check I was happy with everything which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended
