Absolutely terrible place. Always smells of urine and vomit, with residents calling out along every hallway. We had a dearly loved family member here in the upstairs hospital level care. Unfortunately three seperate incidents of the same nature, with the last being major, and nothing put in place to minimise the risk. Staff and management all lied about what happened and no accountability was taken. My nana was in there for 9 months. There was 3 incident of her having falls.her last fall was major and staff on shift didn’t do their regular check during the night. No sensor Mats in her room to alert staff of her major fall. My nana ended up with 20 stitches to the back of head and no answer from management. Officially complaint is under way. Do not send your family or friends to this place their care is not up standard.
