Understaffed and undertrained. Many items weren’t priced at all and I stood at the “open” checkout lane for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. The other checkout lane wasn’t being used at the time that I put my items on the conveyor, so it’s not like I just ignored a staffed lane. After asking an employee who was helping check out other customers if he could come over to help check me out, he told me it was closed even though it said it was open.
