Love me some Aldi! Convenient location and usually busy.
Every time I do the grocery pickup, I’m never able to let them know I’m here through the app, so I end up having to go into the store anyway (very nice and kind like always) I patiently wait my turn in line and I politely asked the Lady about my grocery order. She then throws an insult at me while I’m with my kid. I thought it was very unprofessional and uncalled for and this isn’t the first time I encountered this behavior with this particular employee.
