The bus driver is rude. They are never on time. Half the time my kids have to wait 30 plus minutes for her to arrive. The dispatchers are rude and act they didn’t know the bus never left the bus barn. Their location is never turned in so you can’t depend on the app. And no one wants to fix the issue!
