My daughter attends MacArthur High School, and the traffic control there is very terrible. The officers on duty there seem to be incompetent. Every morning, we spend well over 30 minutes on a line that rarely even moves due to poor traffic control. There are 2 buddy peace officers ignoring the traffic lines from the east side of the school. My daughter is late just about every single day due to this matter.
