I had an appointment at 10 pm. I arrived early at 6 pm checked in at 8 pm and was told to wait. Hours passed while other trucks came in got a dock immediately unloaded and left while I was still sitting there. At midnight, new trucks were still being sent straight to the dock but not me. It’s now 1 am and I’m still waiting for a call to get a dock. When I asked they said it’s because my load is pumpkins and no space for it. That’s not an excuse that’s incompetence on display. Awesome appt 10pm came in 4pm told me i can park in one of them lanes and wait 8pm to check in at blue shack
I’ve been delivering loads here for years . This DC has improved 100% . Also I think it’s cute the check in . /Receiving clerks decorate for all our American holidays none of the other Aldi D.C’s do .
⏱️ My appointment was at 11:00 PM ⏳ I checked in at 9:00 PM ☎️ They called me at 11:05 PM The staff at the office were very nice, friendly, and polite ♥️. Unloading took only about 1–2 hours. The restroom was very clean. Overnight parking is no available. Overall, a great experience — everything was fast, professional, and well organized. I gladly give this company five stars!
