While shopping, my wife was accidentally struck on the head by several large boxes of salad that were dropped by an employee restocking shelves. What made the situation even more upsetting was the employee’s reaction — or rather, the complete lack of it. He did not apologize, offer assistance, or even acknowledge what happened.
