I love this store — the staff is wonderful. It’s always clean. My new favorite find is the apple strudel and the berry strudel — they’re very delicious. It’s a shame they’re not available very often.
I’d like to share an experience at this Aldi store. The cashier was very rude during checkout. Instead of handling the items carefully, she threw the groceries into the cart in a rough manner, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand the job can be fast-paced and demanding, but customer service and respect for customers’ purchases are important. I hope the store improves its service and staff attitude.
Aldi has continuously gone down hill year after year. Prices are eratic for certain items, NEVER EVER have cottage cheese, consistently out of other products, meat selection is ALWAYS a gamble, no sanitizing wipes anymore, back to Walmart or target I guess .....sigh
Aldi has very good deals. Unfortunately the elderly Spanish cashier today 1/30/26 at 1:52 pm for a second time stopped waiting on her customer and came over to tell me that I did not ring up an item. Both times “SHE ” was WRONG! I believe she enjoys humiliating people. She looks like she’s pretty miserable. She told me it was her job to “check” and I get that, but obviously she’s not very good at it. Overall I love Aldi, but at those particular location there’s an older cashier with blonde/light brown curly hair. She pretends to be kind, but is very nasty. I’ve seen her in action. Every time she’s there she comes behind me once I check out to print a transaction receipt. No way should anyone treat their customers like thieves.
