Service Animal Owners Beware I had a very upsetting experience with an employee named Shelby. I was shopping with my service dog, who is well trained, quiet, and remained by my side the entire time. I've shopped at Aldi for years, both in Florida and Tennessee, so I know what to expect from this chain. My wife and I recently moved to the Roanoke area, and we were disappointed by the state of this particular location. In our experience, Aldi stores are clean, well-organized, well stocked, and staffed by helpful, friendly people. This location falls short on every count.
