I love shopping at ALDI, but the customer service at this location is horrendous. The store manager Jeremiah is inconsistent with store policies, explicitly stating he will change rules depending on the situation. On top of that, the cashier made it painfully obvious she was annoyed simply because we were purchasing a large quantity of items. ALDI is a great store, but it needs staff and leadership who are professional, passionate, and actually want to be there.

I want to share my experience at this ALDI because I was confused by how the purchase limit was handled. Four of us came to the store and spent a long time selecting avocados. After we finished choosing, the store manager told us that we could only purchase one case. I asked if the limit was one case per person or one case for all four of us.
