Always find something new here. Plus it's very clean and organized
I took all my quarters out of my purse earlier in the week so I didn’t have one for a cart. I found a box and used that for 12 items, which included the paper bag. At checkout, the cashier wouldn’t let me take the cart for a quick min while no one else was behind me saying she needed for the next purchase. Frustrating experience. I’m glad I don’t live close and have an Aldi in South O that treats customers better!
Great prices and the staff is so friendly and nice!
I love shopping at ALDI, but the customer service at this location is horrendous. The store manager Jeremiah is inconsistent with store policies, explicitly stating he will change rules depending on the situation. On top of that, the cashier made it painfully obvious she was annoyed simply because we were purchasing a large quantity of items. ALDI is a great store, but it needs staff and leadership who are professional, passionate, and actually want to be there.
