I love Aldi's but have to admit this one's disappointing after shopping at Wallingford for 11yrs and the new one in Meriden since they opened. Sadly I moved to this town. It's not as clean, stocked, and the selection is much smaller then other 2 mentioned. I've never seen the beautiful orchids or big aloe plants or anything like it at this location where at the other 2 they've always had these things around holidays.
My FAVORITE grocery store. It is a learning curve when you start shopping there, but now, it's my go-to for almost everything. 98% of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The self-checkouts were the best idea someone has had so far. I used to be a name-brand-only person, but now there are so many products that I prefer Aldis brand over name brand.
