A great place to shop.
Plan was to do a pick up order in between appointments with my kiddo. Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for an employee to come out and tell us their app was down. Better communication could have taken place. Also had to wait the days for my refund after cancelling our order
Who doesn't love Aldi? My favorite time to shop here is German week! You can still get some good German products year round though. It would be great if the layout was the same for at every store.
It is VERY rare to receive even mediocre service when I go to check-out, with everyone not only being incredible FAST, but service is almost always friendly and kind. However, Thomas was exceptionally--yet appropriately--personable and kind. I go to Aldi's for the great prices and good products, but it's definitely this kind of customer service that brings me back time and again. Thank you for encouraging this.
