The staff at this location are consistently unpleasant. I’ve been to many different ALDI stores, but this one always leaves me with a bad experience. I think it’s time to stop coming here. The shelves are often half empty, and today is Friday - it’s not like they haven’t had time to restock. Just an FYI — I came in to buy milk, and when I asked a staff member if they had any in the back, she told me, “Whatever we have out is all we have.” A few minutes later, I saw another employee putting together an online order, and she h... read more
I am disappointed that this Aldi has removed the self-checkout, and has not added more staff to ring customers out. Please hire more staff and compensate them better for this added workload. The staff works fast, but they cannot keep up with the added customers forced to need the assistance of a cashier.
They have a good selection and fair prices. The produce is really fresh and the store is really clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. I especially like that their snacks don't have the red dyes in them. All their snacks taste exactly like the name brands without the super high prices.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with everybody else that is leaving reviews in the last week. This was by far my favorite Aldi location as it is right by my house. There is obviously the one straight up Dundee however, this one is newer and a lot cleaner. And most times the staff are very helpful and pleasant.
