I don't expect a ton from customer service because I've been there and I know their job is hard. However, sometimes Aldi feels like an embarrassment ritual where if you don't know the exact rules and don't have your special quarter to get the cart, you will be punished. You have to move at the speed of light because the cashier sure as hell isn't going to help you before they start ringing up someone else's groceries on top of yours while saying absolutely not one word to you and don't even look at you throughout.
Workers are great. Aldies for help?? THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT!
Store was short handed but they were nice. Needs a good cleaning.
