I ran in and out because I had my furbabies with me in the car waiting for me, I didn't have enough money for all the great deals, but the cashier didn't make me feel bad about it, and that made my decision to return to your well stocked, clean store. Thank you
I was at Aldi's in Monrovia today and experienced the worst customer service ever!!!! I kindly asked the cashier to please not toss my groceries into the cart because my produce would bruise and she became so angry and began grabbing the rest of my groceries off of the conveyor and tossing them into my cart and then aggressively swung my cart away from me and yelled at me telling me to go get checked out at another register. I like Aldi but their toilet paper in the women’s restroom is so odd. A big roll but it only rolls out 1/2 width so it’s very thin 🤣 Basically the size of a ribbon. So obviously you need yards, 9 feet or so to fold up and use. It seems like such a waste. Just my opinion.
Cashiers refuse to use the lights on the checkstand to indicate which lane is open and closed even when asked. Happened 6:35pm December 27, 2025. Check the video.
