Honestly I had a very upsetting experience at this Aldi location. While shopping, another customer became verbally aggressive toward me and my disabled child. The situation was already stressful and inappropriate, but what made it worse was how it was handled by management. Never ever have I been more upset with the customer service. Got chargered twice and had to drive over and hour back and forth, to get my money back just for the lady to not even apologize. Asked her simple questions, and her attitude was just not it. Some people should not work with customers and it shows. So upsetting, especially for somthing that was their own fault.
