They are not even calling for backup. Even there is a big line
Update: Still a good place to shop. The prices and quality are good, even when I buy reduced price items. Employees have always been super friendly and helpful even when I've gone on the busiest of days.
The team doesn’t utilize backup on the registers. Tonight the lady on register was very rude and throwing the black belt dividers across people’s items. Took 8-10 minutes to check out for just 2 items while I stood in a line that was well past the reference point for when backup was needed. Looked like there were 3 employees in store. This store would benefit from the use of the self check out lanes.
I ship at aldi several times a week, and everyone there is fabulous....except the store manager. He always looks like he hates being there and today he responded to me after I asked a question with attitude. Not acceptable
