The team doesn’t utilize backup on the registers. Tonight the lady on register was very rude and throwing the black belt dividers across people’s items. Took 8-10 minutes to check out for just 2 items while I stood in a line that was well past the reference point for when backup was needed. Looked like there were 3 employees in store. This store would benefit from the use of the self check out lanes.
I ship at aldi several times a week, and everyone there is fabulous....except the store manager. He always looks like he hates being there and today he responded to me after I asked a question with attitude. Not acceptable
