The shop itself is great, but the customer service is awful. I was assigned to do Instacart shopping here, and it was very difficult to find some of the items; there were no employees readily available to assist. Also, the cashier was very rude. I kindly requested him to help me organize the items by each customer, and he told me I should have done self-checkout and he did not even try to put in effort to help. He messed up the items that I worked so hard on organizing. They need more employees here to assist their shoppers ... read more
