Extremely disappointing experience. This store constantly has no staffed checkout lanes, forcing customers to spend 20–30 minutes scanning a full cart of groceries at self-checkout. These are not quick purchases with a couple of items — this is a full grocery run that turns into a frustrating chore. Meanwhile, employees are standing around chatting in the aisles, yet no one makes any effort to open a register and actually do their job. I agree with the review stating that they liked Vons better and I agree. I don't see what anyone likes about this store, produce is a joke and it's a lot of wasted space. I am not a fan, it may be a little cheaper for some things but so is the quality.
