Some products like milk, bread and eggs are cheap and of good quality
I recently placed a pickup order that was fulfilled by Instacart. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item and it was necessary to go into the store to correct the issue. For me, that defeats the purpose of ordering curbside pickup. After waiting in line I was assisted by Liz. She was not only empathetic but she handled my issue with professionalism and courtesy.
