I recently placed a pickup order that was fulfilled by Instacart. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item and it was necessary to go into the store to correct the issue. For me, that defeats the purpose of ordering curbside pickup. After waiting in line I was assisted by Liz. She was not only empathetic but she handled my issue with professionalism and courtesy. Great place to shop very cheap and they have plenty of stuff.Get your 25 cent ready in other to use the cart.They don’t have plastic bags but you can buy some aldi bags or bring your own bag
While checking out, I had a few of my items placed in a box, and instead of simply letting me know ahead of time that I should take them out, the cashier Brandon grabbed them and essentially tossed them out to scan them, It felt unnecessarily rough. I understand that stores have processes to keep things moving quickly, but a quick, polite heads up would have made a big difference.
