At this location there is an old guy that works here and he is RUDE, I asked my daughter to go get a cart and she went through the first register, he got mad and YELLED that she can't go through there in a MEAN way and all the people were just standing and and staring at her imagine how embarrassing that is, this is not the first time people complain about him, He should be FIRED, if you don't like ypur job don't work there.
I love Aldi! I wish there was one here in Crossville. I'd shop there more than Walmart!!!!
Out of stock of a lot of Items. Didn't have 90% of what I went for. Messy and very shopped over. Not busy which was a plus.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience On Sunday, August 9, 2026, at approximately 9:05 AM, I visited this store to purchase cases of water. According to my receipt, the cashier’s name was Noel. I was told there was a limit of 6 cases of water per customer. I was surprised by this because, as far as I’m aware, there is currently no water shortage.
