This is my discount go to place I shop for groceries every week. My only complaint is that their produce isn't very good anymore. It looks good at the store but once you bring it home it has I very short shelf life. Also their canned food selection has gotten very small. I used to buy a lot more different items than they have available now.
Normally I love Aldi and have no issues. Today I went through self checkout and, as I have always done and was never told was an issue, I scanned the majority of my items inside the cart. I am heavily pregnant and did not want to lift everything out of my cart, scan it on the scanner that often double scans thins, and then lift it back into the cart just to have to go to the bagging counter to pick it all back up again (too many items to scan and place directly into my bags at the checkout without inconveniencing and taking ... read more
