I just picked up an order and there are two items missing. I completely understand that mistakes happen but they make it impossible to correct the mistake unless I go back to the store and go inside and track someone down. They do not have a phone number—only an 800 number with a message that says you’re basically SOL if you have a problem and need help and then it disconnects.
