As someone who is gluten-intolerant, I really appreciate the uniform and clear labeling of all their products. I really like the seasonal items, too. It give you a changed to try something new. For example, they had frozen catfish a few months back, and it was very delicious and didn't have that sliminess. Their customer servie is spot on, too. Many of the associates know me by name at this point. Overall, I have a really good shopping experience when I visit.
So disappointed with what seems to be the new management. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always loved this store and the wonderful people who work here. It used to feel warm, welcoming, and family oriented. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been completely different. The new older lady working there has been consistently rude and disrespectful.
