So I came to Instacart today earlier in the morning and I had 3 orders and trying to do all of that in one cart. I finally got it done and went in line like normal and I was really satisfied with my customer service with the cashier I had named Koby. Really nice kid but his manager was telling him to hurry up. Like most Aldi locations, this store is bright, clean, and full of great bargains. The Aisle of Shame is dangerous if you're not careful. Staff was friendly. The only negative was the person blocking the shopping carts looking for food and/or money.

“I am a regular customer at this Aldi in Carol Stream; I live in the nearby apartments. Today, I experienced extremely rude service. It seems like a new employee; he was Black, with short hair, very rude, and tense. When my payment didn’t go through, he took all the items from my stroller. If he is exhausted, he should take a break. I kindly ask the owner to pay attention to the staff, as perhaps they need better support or a shift adjustment.”
