I placed an order on the app for a pick up. I waited and was present in the pick up time window. No one ever came out. I went inside and politely asked if everything was ok. I was told that no one would be filling my order and to just cancel it. I had to shop for all the items I had waited for. If I had known that my order wasn't going to be filled, I would have came in earlier. They also refused to honor my 15 off 75 dollar deal I recieved on the app. Safe to say I will never be shopping here again!
Got into an argument with an employee over a price adjustment on some Rao’s tomato sauce. Seriously. The employee would not stop harassing us after we complained and then called us rude for being upset that they wouldn’t honor the price adjustment. We have every right to be upset. I have attached the photo clearly showing multiple cases of Rao’s labeled for sale for $4.50.
