Normal i wouldn't have any issues but one of your employees name Stephanie was way over the top in being rude and it wasn't just towards me she was extremely rude to other customers now I don't know about you but this isn't right just because she's having a bad day doesn't mean she can take it out on customers that's how you lose customers.
