They started carrying halal meat! And at an affordable price
Fast, clean, efficient. Limited but good selection of basics, very affordable.
A lot of stuff was out and the store was kind of a mess. Broken eggs in the fridge, etc.
For the most part, if you have been to Aldi before, you know the place, even though there are variations from store to store (layout, check out...). The best thing about Aldi is their prices - you can get almost everything in the store for less than most supermarkets. What you won't get are a lot of national brands (which, unless something is on clearance, is not going to be at that great of a price).
