Consistently empty shelves. Consistent poor facing of many products. I like aldi’s generally low pricing but I spend a lot of time here looking around for things and end up having to face products and remove empty boxes myself. When ordering online there is *always* a refund/substitution (usually several). My family and I have gone back into the store many times after picking up curbside orders and almost always find the missing items.
