While the store is nice and so are the employees, I will no longer be going. I completed a pickup order yesterday (my main mode of shopping as a mom of 2). I had to go into the store because I was unable to get information on order. Then was informed it was a instacart issue. I spent two hours on the phone with instacart and Kroger. The issue is still not fixed, and I got an email this morning that my order had been picked up I still have no groceries and no refund.
