I really like aldis but they never seem to have enough check out help
The store itself is clean, organized, and well kept, but the customer service and management need improvement. I had a very disappointing experience with an employee, and instead of the situation being handled professionally or receiving an apology, management handled it poorly by shoving her into a bathroom acting as if she didn’t do anything. A nice store environment doesn’t make up for poor customer service and lack of accountability.
