I visited Aldi today and, because I planned to purchase lunch meat, my husband put a cold bag on the back of my chair with ice packs to keep it cold until I basically walked home. When I got home, my husband informed me the cashier just put the plastic Aldi bag on the back of my chair and ignored my clear instruction to place the bag in the cold bag and zip it to protect the cold sensitive items from getting too warm. The best price, good merchandise, pleasant customer service. I miss shopping at this location. The company should give me, some commissions, they opening up a vast amount of stores in A South Carolinan, because of me, I told them about the state, when I move down here in 2000, I told them that they should come and build some store here, and the very much do so, I spoke to the manager at that particular time, telling her that I use to shop at the Mount Pen, Aldi, on Perkiomen avenue 4703, and she told me she will forward my... read more
I hate that I have to leave 1 star! This store has been going down for quite a while now, but it was awful today. I don’t think the store has been swept out in days and there was a not so good smell. The vegetables were on their last leg and the fruit wasn’t far behind them. I went in specifically for salmon and the sell by date was today! It definitely needs help bad!!
I do love shopping at Aldis in Cadillac, MI......However....today 3/22/2026 your store was SO COLD!!! I was told by a cashier that corporate runs the temperature controls and they were told this store was using too much fuel.....what???? So now your shoppers and loyal employees have to freeze their asses off????? Meijer was warm n comfortable.
Worse customer service ever.. the cashier deliberately dumped out the bag of pasta i purchased because I asked for a grocer bag.. thrn I got charged for the bag.. word of mouth goes along way.
Don’t listen to Angela
This it the second time that something is wrong with my order. The first time the never picked it. Now they have marked it as picked up but no one came out. It was probably put in someone else's car... I am patient but I am kinda running out of patience.
I usually have a more than satisfactory visit at aldis however my last visit a month ago, culture shocked me into not wanting to shop there. My disappointment was experienced during check out when I a minority shopper, was rushed by the white check out person and the white customer, behind me in line to get my items on the conveyer. When i tried to put a division between my things and the customer be hind me as a kindness. The customer behind me removed it and told me not to bother.
