Generally good prices and many healthy choices. Bring bags and a quarter. Many of the brands are store brands and we have had very good experiences with the store brand. The egg prices are usually the best in town. The cheese selection changes frequently so if you see something interesting you should probably get it. On the down side if you love it you may not be able to get it again.
All the self checkouts only take card and not cash. I will never shop there again. Parking lot only has one exit.
